"Great place for ladies as well! I wanted a short, non-traditional cut and was recommended Floyd's. I had an appointment with Marijane and couldn't be happier. She did a great job and worked with my natural curls instead of bullying them into submission like most salons have done. The environment is very chill and fun, and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be returning!"

"Setup an appointment for 6pm. A day before I fly for a conference. Reach there at 5:50. They ask me to wait. Someone comes to me at 6:05. 15 mins after I arrive and tell me that they will only be able to attend to me 25 mins later. What’s the point of the appointment? Also, could you have not called me to tell me that ? Worst customer service ever ! I have been going to Floyd’s for 6 months now, never going back to them again ever."

"Cuts are high quality. Staff is proactive (calling me when running late and responding promptly to feedback). The vibe at all of the Floyd’s is great. The wallpaper, the music, the staff and the mix of clients. I like the app and use it for scheduling and I like that Floyd’s is in Chicago too, as I occasionally get a cut while I’m traveling."

"Amazing service and cee cee is not only a wonderful stylist but just a great all around person. Highly recommend..I went in with the full intention of just shaving my hair off.. getting older hair is thinning I just gave up..cee cee could tell I didn't want to cut it and she was right.. she said she was going to try something and I gave her free reign.. and I'm so incredibly glad I did. I never would have thought to put my hair up in a braid but it fully addressed my total panic and anxiety of losing my hair. She is an extremely valuable asset to this location and I will be continuing to have her keep me stylish and not looking like my age:]"
