"I thought I knew what I wanted when I made a last minute appointment to get my hair done by Merve on my first visit to Hair Story by Serap. After speaking with her and giving her all my trust, I can honestly say that this is one of the best hair cuts and color I have ever had! They were so kind and really listened to what I said. They also were so considerate with letting my daughter hang around in the salon since school was closed for the snow day. I will definitely be coming back again in the future! "I had an amazing experience at this salon. I wanted a perm but was very nervous as I have never done anything more to my hair than get it cut. Serap made me feel very comfortable. She understood my vision perfectly and always asked me my preference before doing something more. She fixed mistakes of a previous haircut I got elsewhere and left me with a perfect curly cut!! I could not be happier! She also offered turkish tea and snacks during my visit and was a great conversationalist. Thank you Serap! I can’t wait to come back!"
