"I don’t like doing this but here we are. I had an 11:45 am appt and I waited in front of the studio. I could see through the door that another client was being serviced so I waited. After 30 minutes , no text, call or even peeking out the door to let me know they were running behind. I left, I then got a call at 12:26 , almost 45 min after my appointment time telling me I had an appointment. I said I know, I waited 30 min heard nothing and left. She said “ well I was waiting for you.” I told her I saw someone in there getting their lashes done. And seriously you waited 45 min past my appt time to reach out to me? She then asked if I was far away and I explained to her I have left and based on the delay I wouldn’t be done on time she insists she would still finish ontime even after being 45 minutes delayed. I told her no thank you and hung up. Don’t gaslight people own up to the fact your appointment was running late and you lacked the courtesy to inform me you were running behind, which absolutely happens and I would have been far more understanding if you were honest about it."
