"I came for a massage and facial booked by my husband (which they kept calling me his name throughout my appointment despite me correcting them several times…) and the experience was disappointing at best. I think most people come here for salon services, but I would never come back for spa services. When I first got there, the manager or supervisor was sternly talking to another employee at the reception desk about every little thing she was doing, which was unprofessional. There is zero sound proofing in the business, so I spent my entire massage listening to the loud music and a screaming child in the salon. This wouldn’t have even mattered because the masseuse talked to me throughout my entire service, mostly about my tattoos and medical issues which made me uncomfortable, so I couldn’t relax at all. It’s also the next day and I am so sore from the extreme pressure, I’m in more pain than I was when I went there, and I specified not firm pressure. The facial was nice. When I checked out, the two employees at reception were more preoccupied with showing each other stuff on their phones. Overall it was beyond disappointing for the price. Much better spas in the area. I would not come back."

"I have been a client at Four Season for over 10 years. Timmy is usually my stylist and is extremely talented. I have on occasion used other stylists and found them all to be very good. The shop is is exceptionally clean and the entire staff is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend it."

"I have been to Four Seasons Salon and spa a few times, but would not recommend it. I went in September to get my haircut and Soma did a wonderful job. I decided to go back, but this time Ashley cut my hair. I called in to let the salon know that I would be late and that I would reschedule, but they told me that it was okay and to come in anyways. When I arrived I was rushed straight back to get my hair washed without even getting to show the problems I was having with my hair. Ashley was nice, but can not cut hair and burnt my ears with the blow dryer. After leaving I realized how uneven the haircut truly was. She also styled my curly/wavy hair flat. I called back to see if they could fix it and went back a few days later. Ashley once again did my hair and once again she styled it flat after asking for it not to be! I soon realized after leaving and washing my hair that she only made it worse. I wanted a cute short hair cut and ended up with my hair looking like Jimmy Neutron’s mom (bell shaped) and still uneven!! Especially when parting it down the middle. Would not suggest."
