"I've already reviewed Beauty Bar once but they deserve as many ☆'s as possible. They are so accommodating, always honor appointment times, are efficient and friendly. Every technician is excellent, I've never once had a bad experience. Recently, my dipped nails chipped right away and they kindly offered to fix for free. Right away a couple more chipped and I felt bad showing up yet again. But they quickly found an appt for me and fixed those too. I'd never had it happen before so it was just a weird fluke apparently. They do a great job every single time and never make me feel like a pain when I'm being a pain. Beauty Bar is 100% professional and clean, and the employees are skilled, and cheerful. It's THE BEST."

"I had a good experience at the nail salon was really nice but I got a gel manicure which should last about 2 to 3 weeks on my natural nails and it’s already chipping on the sides and bottoms/ coming off after one week. Not worth the 90 bucks I spent…"

"I found this place via google - when making an appointment the woman over the phone was friendly. When I arrived they had my station ready with the water warm. I opted for the spa pedicure and Linda did a wonderful job. She took her time and had great conversion. The place was very clean and not to noisy - I will be back !"

"I went in to have my dipped powder nails removed. I asked them to remove the coating and apply basic polish. I informed her that they were natural nails and I just wanted removal of coating and polish. She began with the drill tool ( like I’m used to) and then just took it upon herself to start cutting them. As soon as she cut the first nail I told her it was too short. She cut the second even shorter and I said “ow” ,after feeling her graze my nail bed, and the other employee at the table next to us said something to her. She cut the third and accomplished her goal to cut my nail bed. The other employee said something to her more aggressively. (I’m not sure the exact dialogue exchanged) and she started cutting them a little longer. Nothing was said to me. She finished up with the drill afterward and i paid and left without even getting polish. I’m not sure if the woman just wanted to cut off as much of the previous coating as before, to save herself from the longer process of sanding, or if she just rushed through cutting carelessly. Perhaps she just doesn’t know what she is doing.regardless, It was a very painful and infuriating encounter. No one ever apologized to me. They never acknowledged my concerns at all. I payed them to butcher my hand and didn’t even get an apology or thank you when I paid. I will not be returning and will be warning friends who I had recommended here to be wary."
