"This store is the worse! Went grocery shopping spent over $600 to be harresed at the door! Gave the lady my receipt she literally went through my whole entire cart.. even helped her find the items on the receipt to speed the process up for her to say you can afford all of this! And let’s not get started on how they stand beside you wen you ring up if you have cart full! Just scan it yourself at this point"
"Some of the worst management I’ve ever seen in any establishment. I came to buy a TV tonight 1-31-24 @ around 9:45pm & wanted this specific TV but there was only one left & the box was completely open. I asked for a discount of any kind. Two managers came & were laughing & only spoke to the associate who helped me. I never had any managers come up to me & talk to me directly which I thought was very unprofessional. They told me no for any kind of discount. But I am only writing this because not even one manager was able to come speak to me whatsoever which I think is completely ridiculous. They have new TVs on the shelf that are open. Horrible management."
"I have visited this store since it was opened . It is organized, neat, convenient, well maintained, great choices. Customer service I would say is ok, but Michael always makes the difference, he always welcome you with a sincere smile and his energy is contagious. Great job Mike."
"Dishonest Unethical...attempted to return items to store including Christmas item. They claim they don't take Seasonal items back unless before the Holiday. I pointed out that's fine if they put up a sign informing their customers. The "Coach" said they put up a sign and corporate told them to take it down. It included not taking back broken seasonal items bought after Christmas as well. Therefore, they also sell items they know they won't take back even if broken. Stop buying from Walmart!"
"Convenient location from Brambleton. It’s 4 miles from my house. The prices are awesome and they have almost everything. I took a few photos before 8:30am on a Sunday, mainly of the grocery side. I’m so happy to have this store so close by at the Dulles Landing location."
