"Overall, this location offers a large selection with little variety. With certainty, the store and chain as a whole has shifted to its focus toward a younger demographic. For instance, most top styles are the same with nearly every option being cropped. Inside, the clearance section was in absolute disarray. I have never seen a large retail chain store presenting such a mess before. In this area, boxes were stacked up atop another with various items thrown inside in no order. Meanwhile, a considerable amount if items had simply been tossed to the floor. If you're a part of the targeted demographic, Forever 21 is fair in pricing, but still does not offer much variety. With that said, these customers will still likely have success in finding items they're attracted to based on the store's inventory."
