"I know kids need to work but maybe ensure they’re actually working. Called several times before going and the line continuously was busy. Get to the store to see a “back later” sign posted outside while three people sit on and around the counter chatting away. After a few minutes of looking around and seeing that I apparently would not get help unless I explicitly asked, I finally inquired if one of them worked there. While they all were polite and the employee did answer my questions, it is highly unprofessional to socialize THAT blatantly in the workplace ESPECIALLY when you have potential customers."
