"Very rude and disrespectful. The person (an older man) who was fitting us for ski boots was very impatient and would not let us try on multiple. He assumed that we did not have enough money to afford certain boots. I am very disappointed and would not come here. Go anywhere else."

"I took my friends here to look at snowboarding gear for the season. I am not knowledgeable in snowboarding as I ski for 15 years. So we went in with the intention of gaining more insight, see what would fit him the best and possibly purchase gear if he found something he liked. The store owner was rude. An older lady. Immediately told her employees to stop talking to us as we didn’t have an appointment (no prior knowledge that an appointment was needed to look at the selection or get information). Told us we needed to come back with an appointment. I’m not sure if it was because we were the only minorities in the store. Or if we just looked like we couldn’t purchase ski gear. I thought the ski/snowboard community is supposed to be a place of friendliness and just bonding over the sport. But i guess the store doesn’t see it this way. Literally go anywhere else."

"This place is disturbing. They get mad at customers for coming in there. I observed some over-the-top, seriously like crazy person type rudeness by an employee to an Asian mom with her young son. The man was sarcastic, condescending and berating He didn’t proceeded to march up to the front and continue yelling to two other employees there. I was embarrassed to be present. I wouldn’t buy a pair of socks here after what I saw. There is no room for such behavior in any level of retail."

"bought something online from this place. paid for it. order was cancelled. Was not notified, nor refunded. It took 3 calls to sort out. Not trustworthy in my opinion. perhaps they should not do internet sales. in the end, they did provide refund, but overall poor customer service"

"The newly renovated larger Ski Center store has so many ski helmet manufacturers. I tried on several brands and different models. I really liked the Pret Fury and I bought it."
