"This location is always dirty! And you can never find a functional shopping cart!! Customer service is terrible also you'll have cashier's giving you attitude left and right out of the few times I've been I've probably had one polite cashier..I had an issue with a layaway where they lost it and was trying to explain to me that I would only get store credit for their mistake!! When I asked to speak to a manager the girl literally gave me attitude and as she walked away was talking about fighting me?!?! Umm absolutely disrespectful!! The place is dirty you'll find trash everywhere, broken items especially the makeup..if you're looking for a pleasant shopping experience Gaithersburg Burlington is definitely not the one!"

"Place looks like a bomb went off inside. There is stuff all over the floor, packages ripped open, damaged goods laying around. The cashier said it was actually worse a month earlier. LOL"

"You can find great deals here, BUT this store has gone downhill BAD. The store is a complete mess. The wait in line is ridiculous. The staff is all grumpy and so slow and the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Fitting rooms are never open. ***Update: a month later and these are pics of the store today. They just respond to reviews and change absolutely nothing. I don't know how as a manager , you can be okay with your store looking like this."

"This used to be a good place to shop and find great deals. However recently it has been a nightmare to visit this store. The inventory on both the lower and upper floors are spread all over the area like a tornado hit the area. The display has been terrible and the fitting rooms are always closed so no way of trying on items before purchase. Half of the shopping carts do not function properly. Excessive wait for the check out line is another turn off. It is sad seeing such a great real estate space not being used to its full potential."
