Nordstrom Rack

"I’ve had a terrible costumer experience with the management in that store. I called ahead before I came in to ask if I was able do a return in that location with a certain brand to make sure the brand wasn’t designer. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, I was told that I was able to come into that location and make the return. I came in and requested a return, the lady at the register turned to her manager named Chanel and Ms. Chanel picked up my items and was very hesitant on giving me my money back. She gave me the nastiest attitude ever, and spoke to me like as if I was a toddler. She started to complain about how she couldn’t do resell with the item I was returning. She was very rude as she was speaking to me about how I wanted the money back, and I just do not think a nice, neat and organized establishment like that should be ran by such a condescending woman like her. I’d give this store 0 stars if I could"

"Worst customer service received tonight 12/7/23 by a manager named Chantel. When I got home after visiting the store, I noticed that Barbra the very nice cashier who helped me and mistakenly charged me for 5 items instead of 4, I contacted the store right away in hopes that they could check their security system and surely they would know that a mistake occurred and I would be refunded the $16 I overpaid but instead I was met with an attitude and lack of patience from Chantel who seemed annoyed and offered no apologies. In addition, she was short with me. Took my information and said she would call back. Never explained what the process is or what I should expect. This is not the customer service I am used to getting at that store and her behavior was appalling. The $16 I lost for not checking the receipt right away at checkout is nothing compared to the way I was treated. Although I love Nordstrom Rack, I doubt I would ever return to this store. Please don’t be like me and trust blindly, check your receipts before exiting every time!!"

"This is a good store if you are looking for high end luxury at moderately reduced price. They have a nice suits for men and a tailor with over 27 years of experience. They sell everything from shoes to hats and many other accessories."
