"Just called to ask if they sold hardware for a closet. Amy answered and said she did not know and that someone would have to call me back. I asked her if she would confirm the hours of operation for today, and she repeated that someone would have to call me back; all she does is answer calls, and that she knows nothing about the store. Online it says "representatives are standing by," but clearly that's misleading. If I can't get minimal info from my initial phone call, they're not worth my time/money in person."

He was very nice and provided ample information to help me make my decision. Robin also let me know upfront that there would be a considerable lead time.
