"The absolute worst. I'm pretty sure they realize you have to use them if you want to obtain a product for which they are the only dealer around. The last and final straw was deck railings. I ordered four boxes of white vinyl with black balusters, 36". One of the boxes had 32". Called the store from the job site, said they would get me 36" balusters. Tried for weeks, months. Never happened. They screw up every order somehow, someway. Try to buy something simple off the shelf in the store and let me know if they can ring you up in under 10 minutes (with no wait)."

"The Management is great. They tried to come as close as possibld on price matching me with another competitor and I'm very happy."

"I do not recommend going here. I called them twice yesterday for a price on baseboard and they never called me back and the one guy said they would definitely call me back the next morning. I never heard from them and called them at 1:20 today and spoke with the manager who was not apologetic at all about what happened. I recommend going to National Lumber they have way better customer service"

"This is the last time I will go there. I went in and asked for 2 x4x8 and the guy gave me a price for 2x4x10 he could not find a 2x4x8 in the computer. Only prob the most common pics of lumber ordered. He had to get another guy to come help him and they finally found it. Sitting on the counter was a yeti type cup for sale. I asked what the price was he responded I don’t know maybe 13$ or maybe more. Then they started to help load the wood and gave us pieces that were scrap quality. I had to change out 6 of the 12 pieces that they loaded."
