"The selection is great. Sadly, they gave us the wrong faucet size and then told us it was our fault when they had sold us the bathtub as well. If anything goes wrong, they will not make the mistake right even if it’s their fault. Instead they will insult you. When I asked what I should do with a brand new in the box item, they said put it on eBay. I will take my business elsewhere in the future."
"This supplier has no regard for clients and safety. They refused to replace a water heater that the manufacturer authorized. They were rude and i was hung up on multiple times. I explained that my client was an elderly health professional and needed this unit to allow her to bathe and continue to risk her life during a viral pandemic. I will never use this company again. They only care about their policy and have no regard for what any normal decent person would do. Disgusting. I hope they go out of business. Do not shop at this location. Scumbags."
