"I came here on a whim for Christmas shopping. Even though the guy was wearing a Ravens hat, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt-he's misguided maybe? The other 2 young men working were also friendly. I got a child's Steelers hat which made a little boy's whole Christmas awesome, and then a custom golf hat for my dad. CUTE AND CUDDLY! It was a huge hit. Ravens guy was awesome and funny and did a great job. Instead of waiting for the hat to be completed, they took my cell number and just called me when it was done. So I got to have mini donuts while I waited for my last Christmas present to be custom made. Best. Decision. Ever."
