"The prices are out of control. $12.99 for a pair of sweatpants? $9 for a plastic basket? It's offensive. Seems like you could help more people if you actually priced things appropriately. Why alienate your shoppers with exorbitant prices? I understand inflation but this is well beyond that and obtuse."

"Not sure who manages this location but it’s very sad that on multiple occasions the inventory never changes especially in the back of the store. Very unorganized and messy for the amount of product (or lack there of). Meanwhile other goodwills lack of store square footage. This one is very empty. As for customers unable to use the bathrooms that is ridiculous. Most goodwills in Washington County MD won’t let you use the bathrooms. But everywhere else does. You could lock them and allow customers to use when needed just maybe people would shop in your locations longer. A bathroom should be provided and stop with the poor excuses as to why you won’t allow them to be used."

"Prices to high!!! Unable to use bathrooms in shoppers area with sign "For Employees Only " Why???? I have been to multiple Goodwills up & down the east coast. No bathrooms are closed. Most cloths over priced & have flaws. Everything is picked over.. Only one employee was nice (a young man at the counter). What has happened to kindness customer service? These issues MUST be affecting the bottom line. So sad & Very disappointed."
