"It seems like the more you buy the worse they treat you. I shop every week for a business, with a large amount of items. When you exit the door they treat you like a thief. Scanning as many items as they can and asking where certain products are in your cart. I would gladly let you scan every item, just open up more then one check out line. I never had this problem when I first joined a few years ago but it's become increasingly worse the past few months. If you're so afraid people are stealing from you close up the dozen self check outs and open up as many with an actual person. I'm sure you're customers would appreciate it."

"Store is always busy, and appears clean, and has some good deals. The issue is checkout- there are several self-checkout lanes but only two full service checkouts open almost every time I go. Long lines for those two lanes, while many self-checkouts remain empty. This store would benefit from opening more full service checkout lanes, as I hear the complaints of the customers in the line with me. Employees are hit and miss as far as friendliness. Sometimes I see associates Idly standing by. I actually asked one who was on his phone if he could help me push one of my carts out to my car. He turned out to be very friendly and helpful. The woman who is often there to check your receipt as you exit is always very friendly."
