"Great employees! I had to exchange a reading light, due to there being no pull tab to get the batteries to work. We couldn't get into it, and they even brought tools out to help open the battery compartment. When that didn't work, they exchanged it for me. Great interaction with the staff, even with it being a frustrating reason to be back."
