"I’m really frustrated with this Petco near me. It’s consistently unprofessional and messy, and it feels like the employees aren’t motivated to be there. Despite living nearby, I’d rather make the trek to the Petco in Virginia because of the issues here. They always seem short-staffed, and there have been instances when they weren’t open on time, with employees waiting outside for their manager. I think the management might be a big factor in why the employees aren’t performing well. With my retail experience, I have a good sense of what should and shouldn’t happen in a store setting, and this doesn’t meet those standards."
