"I can not say enough about this place and the reassurance it gave both me and my husband late one night when we were so concerned about our dog who was acting very strange and suddenly not accepting his favorite foods or walks. They did such a thorough assessment and worked with what we could realistically afford to give him the best care and I feel grateful they were available at 2am to help. Everyone worked so well together and as a healthcare worker myself, I could tell there was an amazing work camaraderie among the staff. And they love their furry patients! You will pay a premium here but it truly is the best emergency vet service I’ve ever experienced hands down."

My partner and I brought him to VEG as soon as we realized what happened, and they brought us to a doctor and a vet technician almost immediately. "Absolutely one of the best places. Dr. Philips and her assistants are very professional, gracious and compassionate. The whole process is open and transparent, they even sent us digital X-ray pictures after (I had never received anything like this from other high rating vets). This is definitely a hard place to work. There’s always tension in the air. We witnessed a dog died. But the people here are amazing. They work hard in this environment, and keep things streamlined."
