"This was a fabulous hotel. Super convenient, close to Union Station. The staff were very friendly & helpful even though we were there with a large group. The restaurant was FABULOUS - went there for breakfast, highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again."

"Enjoyed our stay after having to wait for a room to become available. Pretty sure we got double charged as well. My friends paid for the room using the ZIP app but then I was charged $162 on my credit card on top of that. Standard room ended up costing over $300, make that make sense?"

"One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. The bathroom in our room was dirty upon arrival- toilet had pee and number 2 on it. The luxurious bathtub we paid extra for has hair and dirt inside of it. It took about four rinses to get it partially clean. Once we finished using it- it wouldn’t drain! Had to spend all night with a tub filled with water. In the morning I saw a roach in the lobby and had to ask valet to remove it as I was terrified. I then alerted guest services about our tub and they said they couldn’t change our room without sending maintenance up. Maintenance came, said he would need to order parts and could ask them to change our room if we wanted. Of course we did! He then asked and we got another room that reeked of dog poop and had yet another defective tub. The tub would randomly turn on and yet again the bathroom was dirty. I immediately called chase to see if I could be compensated, as the rooms were not cheap (we booked two at about $150+ -$170+ a night!). Chase contacted the hotel which decline any form of compensation but said they would call me. The call we received was by an angry manager saying he could send maintenance up AGAIN to check the tub but they had no other rooms available similar to ours - if we wanted to move it would be a downgrade. We agreed to have maintenance come and he said the same thing - he needed to order parts to fix the tub and could disconnect the electrical components so no one would get electrocuted (joyous to know it was danagerous!). He then said all he could do is alert management. After the tub turned on by itself for the forth time now- I called the front desk. They then moved me to another room, which also had a dirty bathroom but it was my last night and moving a third time would have killed me because I was beyond frustrated. Furthermore they claim to charge a fee for amenities but they’re are none! They say they have bikes outside you can use but there are none! Cigarette butts on the floor outside by the entrance. Save yourself a headache and book elsewhere. I still haven’t received any compensation and I’m not holding my breath."

"My wife and I stayed here on a trip to Washington D.C. Our room was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Like all other places in D.C. parking was not included, it was $54 a night for us and we have a mid-size car. You could probably find it cheaper; however, this was our first time in the area so we didn't attempt it. We stayed 5 nights and our room only got cleaned twice, although we did get a small credit on our final bill for that. The Hotel restaurant was nice. The food and drinks were good and prices were comparable with other places. We ordered pizza and it was about $20 (perfect size for 2 people). Expect to spend between $25 and $35 per plate. There was also a $30 a night destination fee that is not included in the price of your room and provides very little value. It does include a car service that will take you a maximum of 1.5 miles from the hotel and only between 7AM and 9AM. Also it's first come first serve, so the one time we were able to use it we had to wait about 45 minutes. The driver was very friendly and told us a lot about the city. Overall though, this fee is basically $30 a night extra for not much extra value. I should also mention that the destination fee does provide a daily $10 credit at the restaurant and a complimentary glass of beer or wine. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, but I was pretty unhappy about the destination fee. It wasn't well advertised so it was a surprise when we got to the hotel and didn't provide many usable benefits. Once you included the parking fee and the $30 night destination fee it was very expensive for what you received."

"I would say this hotel has the perfect location and their interior is really nice but their rooms are a bit small (not like the pictures shown on booking websites). Room service is upon request. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours very easily. We got a good deal on this hotel, otherwise it would have been overpriced. (Also, the elevators are small and slow)."
