I even had a FB throwback pic today when I took Harley to see Santa at the store in 2015. I am all for supporting local small businesses. Keep up the great work team!"

"Do NOT take your pets here. This was my third and final attempt with Pet Nirvana. Not only the DRAMATIC price increase but my poor dogs. I have two Golden Retrievers - one is docile and the other a little spazz but in the best way ever, they are GOLDENS. When dropping the dogs off we did ask for a shorter cut - NOT SHAVED. When we arrived and the bill was $40 more each dog since July. There was no explanation except that my dogs were really hard and things have gotten bad for the shop. The woman even stated how she had to fire people and times were tough. Again, I was just thrown off by the increase. I paid the bill and let it go UNTIL they brought my beautiful boys out COMPLETELY shaved. Goldens should never be shaved. One was still bleeding where they must have gotten to close on his belly. The other was so traumatized he cowered all afternoon. It was AWFUL. Feb2023-$85, July2023-$100, Dec 2023-$140."

"Extremely disappointed. We've been going to them for years for grooming service for all four (4) of our dogs but in the last year or so, we've been bounced around between their stores due to alleged scheduling issues or our groomer changed stores. Price has more than doubled, it was $35 for our short haired dogs and is now $75 on our visit last week. The "new" groomer didn't cut/trim one of our dogs as requested and just clipped it all short. The "new" groomer also said one of our dogs was "unpredictable" and asked that we not bring her back and that's after she'd been going their regularly every 6 weeks for over a year. I email the "owner" Kary and received no responses. We will not be returning."

"We go there mainly for dog grooming since the retail store is a bit expensive. Groomer this most recent time nicked our dog in multiple places (which we were not told), 1 of which got badly infected. Cost me hundreds in vet bills. This was not our first issue, but was the most costly. To be fair it's a very nice store, it's clean, friendly staff, it's in a good area, mostly fair prices, fast grooming, and they make our dog look really good too. But I don't personally recommend using their grooming services based on our overall experiences. UPDATE: the owner did reach out to me which I appreciate and in all fairness I did not tell them about my dogs wounds when we first found them. We were in no way compensated, but in speaking with her it's apparent she really cares about the animals, which is comforting."
