"The staff was very friendly & my grandkids had a great visit. This store has personality!"
"DO NOT BUY ANIMALS FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! The care for these animals is just disgusting! Me & my husband go in cause I love seeing the bunnies…well as soon as I walk in the door I see this sick Rex rabbit in the corner hardly breathing. His belly was distended ears were cold & just lethargic. I said something to the lady saying she/he doesn’t look good & told her his ears were cold to the touch. Rabbits ears are not supposed to be cold unless they are sick it’s obvious that there was something wrong. She continued to look at him & just pick him up like he was a dead animal & looks at it said “nope he’s fine”. She probably would have thrown it back in the cage if I didn’t ask to hold it. I’ll never support a place like this that doesn’t take care of its own animals. Not to mention paying $70 for one. Absolute insane no rabbit is worth that price especially for a sick little guy like that one! I hope this place closes down soon cause it needs better care of all the animals."
"We were buying 2 glo-fish for my 4 year old son and asked the employee for ideas on how to keep the tank clean. She advised to get a bottom feeder and snail. 8 days later the bottom feeder died. I came to buy another one to replace it and was told that they eat different food and not fish food, which I wasn’t told (the employee also told me he wouldn’t have starved within that timeframe so not sure what killed him). After 7 days, my replacement bottom feeder died even with the correct food. One of the initial glo-fish died as well within the first two weeks. Not happy as the bottom feeders are $12 a piece and they have no warranty. We take care of our fish and have had other fish for months with no problems."
"Pretty cool store. My nephews enjoyed looking at the animals. They had a good variety from snakes, lizards, fish, spiders, rabbits, and much more. They had good prices and nice sales. We plan on going back soon."
"I have come here many times in the past, gotten fish in the past without issue. It’s been over a year since I’ve been in and something’s clearly wrong. A lot of empty tanks, a lot of long hair algae, and most distressing a lot of dead fish. I ended up just leaving and stopped looking in tanks. It was just too sad."
