"I cannot tell you how much I wanted to like this place, but after the 5-or-so visits I have had, I wanted to provide a detailed review for others. The technician, Abbey, is truly gifted and I definitely recommend her; however, the other staff members are shockingly rude and make you feel very uncomfortable. I would arrive 10-15 min. early for my appointment, and ABSOLUTELY NOONE would greet me. I would get dirty looks from multiple staff members. I would want a cup of coffee, but I felt so uncomfortable I would just sit there praying my tech would show up. (She was typically late.) So then I would just come on time. I'd still get uncomfortable glances and no "hello's" but at least I'd expect it. Then, my most recent appointment happened. They open at 9 am. I showed up at 8:58 am and waited in my car until 9. I went to the door and it was locked. I sat outside on the bench and waited until 9:07 am and 2 cars pulled in. 1 was my technician and the other was the owner. She walked right past me and unlocked the door and went in!! No apology, no kind or welcome greeting! I even walked in behind her and joked while making my cup of coffee that she must've had a rough morning and she just agreed! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I always try and support local, small businesses but I shouldn't be put out and treated poorly for trying to patronage a business. I also want to note they don't offer water and the foot bath/ chair is in a open, public area. I wish the massage chair worked, too. Anyways, for as awesome as Abbey is, I'm tired of feeling like the owner hates me and I'm "inconveniencing" them by coming in."
