By far the best car buying experience I ever had. The finance team quickly got the paperwork in order to meet my very tight availability. "Took my vehicle in. Heat works fine on vehicle. Just won’t kick over to defroster. I researched and believed it was the blend door actuator. I told Preston that. They took the vehicle in, and said “Yup that’s what’s wrong”. Don’t even think they checked it, just based off what I told them. They wanted $530 to fix it. Which every video I seen, it seems like a 30 minute job. Took back the vehicle and was charged a $157 diagnostic fee. Had no choice to pay it to get my car. I then bought the part for $25 which is what it goes for everywhere. Had another shop put it in for $100 and to my surprise that’s not what’s wrong with the vehicle. That did nothing to fix it. Which leads me to believe Preston just went off what I said and didn’t really open it up look into it. So I would have paid $530 to Preston to not have the vehicle fixed and then probably charged another $1000 to find and fix the issue. I’m not oblivious, I know every place needs to make money but that’s just gouging."

"I went in to have some work done on my car. They have always done superior work at a reasonable price. This time around they suggested I think about getting another vehicle due to the age and mileage vrs the issues and cost of the repairs. I worked with the nicest No pressure salesman I’ve ever encountered. He was gracious and sympathetic to the fact that I didn’t want to get rid of my car. He spent 2 hours walking the lot with me, discussing what I’d like in a vehicle, and found me the exact car! Gave me a great deal on it.
