"I’ve visited quite frequently for awhile. Earlier this week a few of my buddies and I came in for the endless boneless wings. My buddy and I both left a $5 tip in cash and after reviewing our credit card statements, we were charged an additional $6 tip on our card. Even the other people that tipped on their card had the wrong amount taken out. Not too happy about getting charged an extra $6 tip on a $15 meal."

"Our dining experience started off by sitting at the table 10 minutes before being greeted. I then waited at least 5 minutes to receive my water. The waitress definitely did not want to be at work at all. She seemed very bothered to be there. She then gave me the wrong alcoholic beverage. We then received our less than mediocre food and not one person checked on us until we were finished and more than ready to go. Thank God for the digital payment at the table because who knows how much longer we would have waited for the check. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Will never come back."

"Emily U was an absolutely amazing employee who made our experience a great one! Her service was first class and she is the reason we will frequent so often moving forward. Employees like her are excellent representatives of the brand. She was so kind, professional, and attentive. Manager interaction was also great. Thank you for getting it right!"

"Food wasn’t bad. Slow service, which is ok, but the problem is the server. She was rude. Never said hello. Didn’t say goodbye or anything. Wasn’t friendly throughout the entire dining experience. Heard her complaining how much she hates the all you can eat wings deal, which is what one of us got. Refused to bring us more after 3 rounds, just told us we can pay with the touchscreen and left. Didn’t see her again. Manager seems nice and I know they are understaffed. But there is no need to be rude and make people feel unwelcome."

"The food was good, but the steak was very tough. My steak was very dry and tough to chew, and I ended only eating half of it and gave the rest to the dog. My wife had the ribs, and we had no problem finishing the full rack. Waitress was very nice and kept our drinks full. I think I will pass on a steak for now on. Service is excellent, very attentive, and drinks always filled. The chicken Alfredo was very good along with the appetizer."
