"The staff needs training and expertise to cut hair appropriately. Recently I had bad experience of hair cut for my son. It seems using machine to trim your hair without having any knowledge on hair styles for kids."
"The hair stylist who gave my son an haircut has no clue on how to cut hair. My basically shaved his head into buzz cut and when confronted her defense was that I did not instruct her to give “normal” haircut. How can anyone so change a hairstyle without confirming first. The other hairstylist (Lin I think) throws to help, but it was too late. I will you send the before and after pictures privately to the customer service email you have requested."
"As a black woman with Afro hair, I can see that they are not TRAINED ON HOW TO MANAGE OUR HAIR TYPES at all!! I’ve been to both Brambleton and Broadlands location in different occasions and it was almost the same treatment. Recently went back to Brambleton for trimming my needs again and I noticed my hair was uneven especially in the back!! I tried going back another day to have them fix it but the wait for so long; so I left and went to Broadlands where they didn’t have a long wait! I explained to the manager what happened at the other salon and they were willing to help fix it and the trim looked soo much better afterwards but that means they had to cut more hair than what I initially wanted."

"This was my first visit to this Great Clips, and I am so glad I came here. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted, and she did her best to give me that. She did an amazing job. The wait was super short and everyone was very friendly. I’ll definitely return to have my kids haircuts!!!"
