"I would give zero stars if I could, management at this store is horrendous, they are rude and so unprofessional, to be completely honest I’m not sure if they are truly managers though, I say this because i have high regards that managers have more training and are more professional then what I have experience here at BIG LOTS ON COURTHOUSE RD IN SPOTSYLVANIA!!! Not only that I was in this store one day and heard a young black girl (probably wouldn’t mattered if she was purple but she was black) she kept asking a store associate about where the manager was that were suppose to give her the interview that she was there for, well the young lady got her interview 30 mins later in an aisle and it lasted about a minute or less, it was the most unprofessional thing I had ever seen in my life, so now they are not just rude and unprofessional to the customers but to potential employees as well. So very sad"

"I always love this store and it's sad when the workers are to lazy to give a decent interview I was in store one day and the manager was giving a young lady an interview standing in an isle no privacy and last less than a minute I felt so sorry for the young Black American lady..he was rule and very unprofessional and young he really needs to be trained I wanted to say something but she already look very uncomfortable upset...shame on you"

"Went to the store off 208 in Fredericksburg today. I haven’t been to that location in a long time because it used to be messy and dirty. I was very happy to see you today. The store was very clean and organized. Today I got a few things and asked about a display item which was the last one, and they willingly sold it to me without any issues. All the employees were very nice and willing to help. The manager, Tony got the display item and boxed it up for me. I understand it is under new management and kudos to them for doing a good job on cleaning up the store, I am impressed and will return."
