"Store staff are great people. My recommendation is to not sign up for autopayment with your debit or credit card. When you close out a rental; make sure double sure you close out any and all warranties and protection plans. They will continue to charge even after you are done. The store will not refund your money for warranty or protection plans. You have to make sure the staff does this or you will be charged. You will not get a refund. You have to do the work and remind them to make sure all of it is done. It’s not their fault(so they say)"
