"My wife had an appointment there to get her hair touched up. Something she had been looking forward to for a long time. They cancelled at the appointment time, over the phone, while she was in the parking lot, told her her hair was “too much of a project” and sent her away without even allowing her to come in. It was humiliating and wasted everyone’s time."

"Great first experience! As a salon owner myself, needless to say I am very particular. Dave and his staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The salon is upbeat, inviting, and clean. Johanna nailed my hair with her attention to detail and she has a wonderful personality. I visit the area 1-2x per month from TN and I prebooked my next appointment with her, which I highly recommend doing as they are established stylists and it can be difficult to get in without doing so. I am thrilled to have found a place where I can finally come and be the guest and be pampered. Thank you for a wonderful experience Dave and Johanna, can’t wait to come back!"

"I have been going to PR since 2017 and i love it. I have dark brown/black thick wavy hair and they almost always manage to get me in and out in time. I don’t have a specific favorite stylist that i book with because they all do a great job with dying, cutting, creating a welcoming environment, and being great conversationalists!! They’re flexible and and also offer good, thoughtful opinions, which I appreciate. Always bring a couple pics in for them to reference One thing i notice about PR is that everyone who works there really tries to help each other out, which i haven’t seen in any other salon really. Idk why, but I think the teamwork is great and it makes me like PR even more. Everytime I go to PR, I walk out feeling great. I would absolutely give 5/5 stars, but I did have one “off” experience where a stylist didn’t anticipate how thick my hair would be. They straightened my hair to cut it (not the vibe for wavy hair) and kind of kept making comments about how thick my hair was and how much longer they had to go. I think my hair made her run late for her next appointment. I’m 100% sure she rushed on my layers and I knew that walking out but i felt bad that i made her late to her next appointment, even though I was one time that day. When I went home and tried different ways to style it (natural dry, diffuse, blow out, straighten), I could clearly tell one side of my head had way less layers and it brooooke my heart, because it was already a big chop and I didn’t want to go back after. Thankfully, it grew out and i just put mg hair up in a claw clip a lot for the first few weeks after. But, I learned from that experience that picking a fave stylist is always valid. I highly recommend Jessica, Rob, Marisa, Kati, and Shannon!! Still gonna always go back to PR even with the one “off” experience, because the rest were fantastic.
