"This hotel has been saved to my favorites. The location is nearly perfect; done of my favorite stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Plus, there is a Porsche dealership across the street. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff (only encountered valet*) were considerate and helpful. (*You can use valet or park in one of the garages nearby.) I would definitely return if given the opportunity."

"THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT IN MY LIFE. FIRST, We come back to the hotel room at 2:00AM on the Coldest day of the year, after a major snow storm. I had my small child with me and the door would not open. Not even their master key would open it. We were exhausted from travel and it took until 3:30AM, for them to prey it open. To add insult to injury, they did not even offer a new room knowing very well that the bolt was broken and we could not luck the door. Then in the morning when I inquired about the "Free breakfast", they told me I had to charge it and I would get refunded it. so after breakfast, when I inquired about the free breakfast, He called me a "brokie" and said get the hell out of my hotel . This is what you get when you inquire about something you are suppose to get with their service. They bully you and try to make you feel bad. What is crazy about the whole Whole ordeal, any "5 Star" hotel that makes you wait 1 hour in the freezing air to be able to get into your room Room at 2:00AM would usually waive all fees. Then I was also told the 100 dollars That they take upfront for Incidentals, I was told it would wake up to 14 days to be charged back. Anyways, I will be contacting their corporate head quarters, because my child was left traumatized, by the front desks screaming and yelling at us. My child was crying and asking what is going on."

"The bed and shower were quite luxurious, and we enjoyed sleeping there when we could and the water heated quickly. Overall, we were happy to sleep there and enjoyed the services given. Spacious rooms & great service. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Lovely breakfast space for loyalty members (executive lounge), well stocked & well looked after. Felt it was a good value for $$ at the rate we were able to get. Would stay again."

"I think I’ve stayed at this hotel over 15 times. My parents live in the area and I stay here every time I visit. It’s got everything you need. Comfortable bed. Large, well designed room with USB plug chargers. Really good shower with good toiletries. Convenient location as well as it’s located in the Pike and Rose shopping center and close to the North Bethesda Metro station. The Nespresso machine is great, and if there was a kettle it would be even better!"

"We stayed in a suite on our wedding night. Our out-of-town wedding guests are also mostly staying here. We got a wedding block rate of just around $120 per night per room for Dec 2023. So it is not a bad deal at all. Its location is perfect, as it is right inside Pike and Rose, and about 7 mins walking distance away from the metro station. Everything is pretty nice and smooth. The only thing I would mention is that the front desk may not always be there when you need them. We had to wait and find the staff for both check-in and check-out (maybe the express check-out is easier, but we had some dining expenses on the room that we want to see the final check). Overall, it's a good hotel at pretty reasonable price."
