"Positives: There is a coffee machine in the lobby so you can always have a cup They do a cute pet of the month every month- my cat got to have his picture everywhere and it really made my day. I also can't personally have a dog so it was fun to see all the dogs. The gym is nice and there is locker rooms and bathrooms right by it There's a spot for grilling and eating outside that we got to use in the summer. Was really fun. There's a market close by that's cute and convenient You get emails about almost everything going on There are vending machines! Which leads me to the negatives Negatives: The vending machines are always broken There's little to no storage in the apartments. You can get a storage locker but it's another fee If you have an apartment facing the back of the building, the sound of trash pick up is really loud and obnoxious. We had construction going on above us that we weren't told about and those noises sucked too. The common area in the apartment is one room which I really don't love It's a nice apartment. I just think it's expensive. The community aspect of it is really nice but my personal taste isn't to live here long."

"So when do we get the security cameras that Bozzuto has been promising for a year now? The management here sends out emails about how they "take resident security very seriously", but can't be bothered to make sure building doors are secured or install working cameras. There have been repeated and numerous car break-ins and vandalism. Don't bother giving a canned response to this review Kaitlyn about how I can contact the leasing office to discuss concerns. You aren't going to actually do anything."

"I lived here for two years and can honestly say this was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Never had an issue with pests or noise. The worst we ever dealt with were some A/C issues, and those were fixed within a matter of days (and the office provided us with heaters/fans in the meantime). The staff were very friendly & quick to respond whenever I reached out to them. Especially the people at the front desk - you'd see tenants chatting with them and it really just made it feel like this was a COMMUNITY and the staff really cared about the people who lived there. Want to give a special shoutout to these people: - Guy & Oliver on the maintenance crew for always responding quickly to our service requests & updating us on how things were going. And for just being great guys - you guys rock and we miss you!! - Can't remember her name, but there was a time where someone took my parking spot & i emailed the front office before my sis and I left for the store, and the woman working there immediately took it upon herself to go and check to see who it was. - Michael at the front desk for getting me back into my apartment when I accidentally locked myself out."

"I really love this building and it’s staff. They are warm and welcoming and always willing to help. I really love the coffee machine in the lobby, the fresh ground coffee beans really say “we care” you know ? Love it. Mamadou is very consistent and kind ! and Rosita is just the bees knees overall ! Manzama is amazing aswell the best customer service ever ! The morning crew (custodial) especially when I’m on my way out the door I’m always met with kindness so over all thank you."

"Our stay at Avalon has come to an end and we are very saddened to leave. We have been here since May and we have enjoyed it to the fullest. The team here at Avalon has made us feel like it's home. Our leasing staff and maintenance staff Autumn, Micha, Bryant, Jairo and Rosa have all been so accommodating. From the smallest little thing to even just helping me unlock my door because I have locked myself out 100 million times, lol. Thank you guys for everything, we will miss you guys tremendously. Our stay in Bethesda was amazing thanks to you guys and we will forever keep you guys in our memories. If anyone is looking for a friendly professional community and pet friendly Avalon Grosvenor Tower is the place to live at. Ask for Autumn and she will make sure to take care of you....!!!"
