"These people are partnered with covercare and provided terrible customer service. I want my full refund and its been 1 week & have not received it. They came out the 1st time without providing a time frame or a call then performed a poor inspection because they told me only patching and 3 pieces were needed and that is what I agreed to. However, they came out a 2nd time no heads up of what day or time and completely took our cover off the tracks & tried to state the job was completed and falsely charged my card. When I finally got someone on the phone after having to call multiple times, Jason said that he'd contact me back via phone call and still has not! Now in an email they are ONLY trying to refund me $200 but also provide me a pathetic explanation and a new quote charging thousands more. Had they performed their job right the first time I would most definitely told them no for their services and overcharging because they are trying to get over on me. DO NOT CHOOSE EITHER COMPANIES. The other reviews have to be friends and family members of theirs because this has been a terrible ongoing experience."

"Look elsewhere - I requested an estimate on replacing pool lights today (April 24th) and this was the response - I’d be happy to take a look at this for you, but our schedule does not have any openings in it for new customers until after July 4th. If that is a game changer let me know and I’ll save my time. If you don’t mind waiting let me know your address and I’ll send a technician by to take a look at this."

"New customer with Pooltek here. I called initially due to my leaking pool pump. They were out within two days! The team even worked late so I wouldn’t have to wait another day. I also had a pretty bad algae issue. Pooltek had a team at my house handling it everyday for a week straight to get my water beautiful. The techs in the field were all so kind & took the time to explain things to me. I appreciated this the most. Based on this excellent first impression, they are now my go to pool company."

"I selected this company because of the reviewsin particular the response of the owner to the one, one star review. They were very responsive, I called in the afternoon, and they schedule a visit to asset the issue for the next morning. The owner came to see the pool and quickly determined the cause, gave me the opportunity to buy the parts online or use their services, after a quick assessment I decided to use their services. They came in that same day in the afternoon and performed the service. The technician did not realize that he installed the cover of our filter facing the wrong way, I emailed the company Friday after close. 8:30 AM Monday a crew was over, they adjust the filter, checked my water, cleaned my pool and left me smiling. The owner was also quick in emailing me. I highly recommend this company, they truly care about service, they are reasonably priced and very responsive."
