"The last time I was at this McDonald's it was great but I can't say the same about today.first the Fry's are cold I ordered a coke and received diet Coke and I just found a hair in my big Mac I will not be going back."

"The kiosk are slow as hell and I couldn’t order anything on them. So i had to wait in line but the cashier was rude as hell talking about “I am not trying to be rude but yall have to use the kiosk”. I should be able to order without having to do it my self what are these workers being paid for. The bathrooms are nasty and sticky. I tried the drive through first but it took to long. For now on i’ll go yo the streets to the white mcdonalds!! And there are teens rolling up weed in the mcdonalds and smoking how can my children eat!!!"

"This is the closest McDonald's to where I live. Today I wanted sausage burrito I ordered two with a hash brown and apple juice. The services quick but the burritos were old. I'm disappointed but not surprised. McDonald's has to do better at this location."

"Worst McDonald's ever they never have condiments your food is always wrong you're always there for at least 30 to 40 minutes in the drive-thru. I would never ever tell anybody to eat at McDonald's I had put in complaint after complained about my food and the way they treat people and McDonald's never gets back to you."

"First time I've been back to this location I'm quite some time and found that to be remodeled. It is the most unusual McDonald's remodel that I have seen in Baltimore. It's kind of fun kind of interesting kind of cool. However the staff wasn't great and the service was slow and not particularly friendly. They were also very prickly about refills because they did not have a soda machine accessible to the customers. You had to ask for one and then they got mad at me for handing my cup to them when I should have gotten a fresh one apparently."
