"I ordered my usual turkey and avocado sandwich with 2 large soups. After driving all the way home, I realized I had 2 small soups and the sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it, I had to throw it away. I tried to call the store to complain several times but now one answered the phone. I usually check my bag before I leave the store but I was headed into rush hour traffic and needed to leave asap. Panera is one of favorites places when eating fast food and I hope this is a one-off and not what I should expect going forward. Not happy. :("
"I've only been to this location twice, and both times were to get some work done on a weekday morning. The place is spacious, there's lots of seating, and it was not crowded at the times I was there. Only a few of the tables are near a power outlet. The staff are friendly and they keep the place clean. The restrooms have a code and were also kept very clean. I can't comment on the food as I just grabbed some coffee both times, but I would definitely go back to sit and work there in the future."
