"I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The reviews complaining about the customer service seem to be coming from people who haven’t even been in the store. Restoration Hardware is expensive and good quality for mass produced furniture. You don’t go for Home Goods prices, you go for better prices than original. I have been happy with everything I have purchased here. If you have a good eye and avoid damaged item you can really find some solid great pieces. I have found the people working here are super helpful, super nice and more than happy to help. I go regularly, so trust someone who has actually visited the store not just some Karen calling around and being annoying. Definitely go and check it out if you’re serious about buying something or searching for a center piece. I like a brick and motor store and hope to keep them around for the hunt not just ordering online and whining about things not going my way. Get up and drive."

"I’m sorry to report. I drove over an hour to this place and the prices are horrible. I’d rather buy from the store and get the benefits from my purchase. The furniture for the most part was in fair to excellent condition, however the prices did not reflect the 75-80 percent off as advertised in the store. It was more like 20 percent off from regular retail. The regular price was deflated to make you fell like your getting a deal. The truth of the matter is I want a lot more off than 20 percent, especially from damaged items. There were maybe 3 -4 items that were just under $1000.00 and maybe 2 were mostly accessories. Prices ranged from $2000.00 -$5000.00. If you are looking for a bargain RH outlet is not where you’re going to find it. It’s better to shop sale/clearance at the RH retail store. Good luck!"

"The staff are always very helpful and friendly but the inventory is typically sparse and ofteh quite damaged so it pays to inspect carefully and completely. It seems that the quality of the merchandise has gotten worse over the past year or so. But that all said if you find something that can work for you the prices can be good compared to the regular Restoration Hardware prices."

"Spoke with a lady last night who agreed to send me a picture of a dining chair and gave her all of my information. First of all, she sounded so miserable and like she hated her job. Short sentences, monotone, and a very snooty attitude over the phone, absolutely no passion for what she does. Secondly, no pictures have been sent yet. If I’m driving 1.5 hours to their location, it would be nice to get photos upfront and get full details before committing to the product and drive. Please hire new employees that enjoy what they do actually and maybe your reviews and sales will go up."

"Absolutely, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The only reason they are getting 1-star is because there isn’t a negative-1. We purchased a bed and two night stands which was easy enough and then the transaction fell apart. The delivery process was a complete disaster. The items were scheduled for delivery on Friday and placed back in the warehouse together for pickup by the delivery service that the store recommended. The bed arrived but the nightstands had the wrong name on the tag. My last name was misspelled and rather than call to see if the nightstands should be delivered along with the bed (because they were obviously packaged and sitting together) the delivery service left them in the warehouse. I took a morning off from work to wait for the delivery. The delivery man explained the mix-up and said they would make sure the nightstands were delivered on Monday and to call to reschedule. I immediately called the store to make sure the tags were changed. They said they would investigate the issue and get to me (which they NEVER did). I called the delivery service Monday morning and they said they could not deliver them in the morning but would definitely deliver by 4PM. I made arrangements to be home. I received a call just before 4PM by the delivery service to say the truck broke down and they couldn’t make the delivery, but would be there the next morning. Ok...I understand things happen. The delivery guy said he would call to reschedule. Guess what? He NEVER called. I called and the delivery guy said he would definitely be there before 11:30AM. It needed to be before 11:30AM because I had an appointment that I couldn’t rescheduled. The delivery guy calls at 11:15AM and said he was on his way, but wouldn’t be there before noon. I told him once again that no one would be home and he needed to keep the nightstand. I immediately called the store and spoke with a salesperson who said they would look into the issue and get back to me. They NEVER did. I finally called and said, just leave the night stands at the store and I would pick them up. I went in to pick them up and told the sales people my saga. They said they would notify the store manager and she would be in touch with me on Friday when she was back in the store. Guess what....I’m still waiting for the call. If you do buy something from RH...make sure you have an alternative delivery option because their service is the PITS."
