"I stopped coming here for a while because the line was so long but now I’m completely done with this location. My orders through the app have been consistently wrong but today took the cake. I asked for 2 spicy deluxe, went back to get the right order and was given 2 regular sandwich’s again. It’s either they give you no condiments or your order is messed up. I just don’t understand how food is this hard."

"I use the chicfila app to order and three times I have not received my complete order. So usually I am short a chicken sandwich which means I don’t get to eat. Its me ordering the food and I consistently get charged for a meal i am not provided with so I will be switching to a different location to get my food from now on. Ordering from your business has cost me three meals. That may not be much to you but skip your next three meals and let me know how you feel about such an easily avoidable incident as not fulfilling your order is important. The obvious lack of follow thru of checking the receipt versus the items in the bag is sad."

"Excellent service and price. I’ve ordered hash browns today. They are crispy. And ketchup they provided is very easy to use without any mess. Definitely coming back to try their other breakfast items. Hopefully chicken isn’t dry and old like last time."
