Jersey Mike's Subs

"Backstory: I have been eating at Jersey Mikes for well over 4 years now. Many of which are pick up orders at other locations. I placed an order online via the Jersey Mikes app for delivery. It automatically sends your order to one of the nearest locations of Jersey Mikes (This is my first time having food from this location). Just got my order and not one, not two, but all three subs were incorrect. One sub doesn’t even come with mayo on it (#11) and yet I received it with mayo, and a lot of it at that. The other two subs I asked for no oil or vinegar and it came with them on it. The third sub I asked for no onion but tomato and what did I get? No tomato but onion. Very unfortunate given the amount of money I’ve spent over the years. I recommend going to another Jersey Mikes location."

"When they opened food was pretty good went today horrible. I ordered the tuna she put a little and spread it out. I asked what was going on she says they have to measure everything now. I’m done won’t be going back. Don’t get me wrong I understand it’s about your business but it’s also about your customers. People start watching them when they fix your food. Ordered 2 sandwiches the bread wasn’t cut even but she still tried to use it. My brother nor I will be going back."

"I ordered online a Big Kahuna with LTM, extra cheese, no jalapenos on rosemary garlic bread. I picked my food up and took it home. I got settled and sat down ready to eat my food and enjoy my sub. I bit into the sub and it was filled with jalapenos (that I am severely allergic too). It was on a regular roll with no cheese at all. I was so mad because my sandwich was ruined. The next day I took it back (30 minutes away) and I explained the situation to the manager. She had another sub made for me. I get home and sat down to enjoy my sandwich and yet again it was filled with jalapenos. I threw it in the trash. I just didn't feel like driving all the way back. I was adamant that I was allergic to the peppers and they went and put them on my sandwich again. I also watched the cashier touch different surfaces , go in and out of the beverage cooler with the same rubber gloves on that she made sandwiches with. She never changed her gloves. She answered the phone, rang up orders with same gloves she prepared the sandwiches with. That's so disgusting. She did it so effortlessly without any care in the world. If she is going to be doing all of that she should not be touching food. For the reasons forementioned I will no longer be eating from Jersey Mikes Havenwood Plaza."

"I’ve been to this location several times within the last month during the lunch and dinner hours. I see some other comments that are negative but I can honestly say that my experience has been great each visit. The staff have been friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options (including the secret menu) and I’ve had no issue with hot or cold subs. The cashiers are cheerful and they always ask about being a shore member. Very grateful for the positive experiences that I continue to receive from this location."
