"This is possibly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in Baltimore. We went during restaurant week and got the pre fixed menu; I got the lamb kebab, chicken piccata and the churros while my fiancé got the tortellini, the bison burger and the chocolate cake. Most of the food did not have much seasoning and the bison burger and lamb kebabs tasted exactly the same. Later both my piccata and churros were cold when brought to the table and I had the piccata remade (I gave up on the churros when they came out cold). The piccata was bland and the chicken was rubbery. Our server was nice and did what she could, but they over seated her and she had a huge section almost all sat at once. Would not recommend, the whole organization in the restaurant is a mess. This place belongs on Bar Rescue, but the drinks were good."
"My fiancé and I came here for a date night/early anniversary during restaurant week. I ordered an espresso martini which was ok. For the first course I got the tortellini pasta which was lackluster and skimped on flavor. For the main course, I got the bison burger which also heavily lacked any flavor. The chocolate cake for the third course tasted like boxed cake. I tried bits and pieces of my fiancé’s meal as well; he got the lamb kabobs (little seasoning) with mashed potatoes (no seasoning other than butter), the chicken pasta which was very clearly pre frozen chicken cutlets and no seasoning to the pasta, and his churros where soggy and cold and I highly doubt they were even recently fried. I don’t think we’ll be back; the best part of the meal were the fries and the old fashioned which helped to forget the bad food I was consuming. Art was cool though."
"WORST SERVICE EVER My boyfriend and I made a reservation for 7:30 and when we arrived at 7:30, they said it may take awhile. I would like to mention there was a HUGE line of people being us, also with reservations. Although, not that big of a deal, I understand things happen. We end up getting a drink at the bar. After 15 minutes we get seated outside and are brought waters about 10 minutes later. The waitress says she will be right back to take our order and 20 minutes later, no waitress. My boyfriend goes inside and we end up moving our table inside hopping for better service. We sit for another 10 minutes, the table is half cleared off and still no one comes up. We see our waitress taking shots behind the bar... I kid you not. After another 5 minutes we made the best decision to just leave. Sad we didn't get to try the food, but wouldn't recommend due to the terrible service"
"Was curious about this place for the longest time, and I'm glad I tried it! We had the: croquettes, octopus ceviche, ostrich tartare, and basil pesto tortellini. All of the dishes were a hit, especially the tortellini, but they were definitely overpriced for their portion sizes. In my dining experiences, true mediterranean tapas are about half the price, but I get that this is an American city's spin on the cuisine. I thought that they did pretty well and incorporated some interesting ingredients. Although they were not very busy (even at about 5pm on a Friday), the service was quite slow, and we had to go up to the bar to ask for more water each time. I think we only saw our server twice: to order and to pay. However this did not greatly impede our experience, and I think we will be back to try out some new dishes."
"The staff was friendly, but the food I was disappointed in.we were the only ones there and our food took forever to come out. Eggs were too runny and the mussel sauce was just bizarre. Potatoes weren’t cooked all the way and the churro seemed raw as well. I will say the pesto pasta tortellini was pretty good. I think this place has potential though. Staff was friendly and attentive."
