"This potbelly has the laziest and most rude employees ever. Was going to stop in at 6:40 to get dinner and was halted at the front door by an employee saying they’re closed when they don’t close til 7pm. Simply lazy, unprofessional, and out right rude. Also to have the audacity to lie about their hours right by the sign is just crazy."

"I try consistently to support Potbelly. However, I am done ordering from them. They screw up your sandwich everytime. Then they don't even attempt to make their customers happy when they screw up. I like their food but own up to your mistakes and fix them. I will go back to Jimmy John's because they show they care."

"I just want people to know just how bad service is at this location! I've ordered here 4 times and they ALWAYS messed up my order. Either they put the wrong items in my order or they left out 3 out of 4 bowls of soup or they just didn't prep the subs as requested. I kept saying I won't go back. But, each time I thought they can't possibly screw up again. THEY DID! Don't expect the manager to do anything but respond with "Peace, light and Potbelly." Just not into good customer service AT ALL. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE CLEARLY FROM OTHER REVIEWS I'M not the only one. Just the stupid one who thought they would get it right. Paneras is the place to get good, hot food EVERY TIME."
