"Male employee did not provide good service today. I was asked to park in a reserved area until my order was ready. Young male employee with a very sad face brought my order to me. I asked if he could provide more sauce. He looks at me and shouts “sauce.” I respond. “Yes. Polynesian and Chik-fil-a sauce. He turns and walks away never to be seen again, I waited about 5 minutes then walked down the lane to the drive- thru personnel. She happily handed me the sauce. I don’t know what was wrong with the young man, but his attitude was not customer-friendly. I hope he is ok. I rate Chik-fil-a a 2 today."

The friendliest staff you'll ever see at a fast food spot. They seem genuinely happy to work there.
