She did a really good job of separating the strands of hair so that there were no chunks or missing sections. I also appreciate the energy in the shop, making it a pleasant spot to get away from the grind."

"My daughter was seen by Nikki on Saturday. We went to her before for a cut and blow out and she informed us that there was a teen price. I was thinking that would be the same for the second time. I dropped my daughter off and I told my daughter to text me when done. She was there much longer than the last time. She just getting a wash and blow out this time (no cut). When I got there the price was about 3x the amount of the teen price. I felt like maybe she could have told me up front that it would have been higher. I was totally caught off guard and didn't even have it. I had to borrow the money. As a single Mom I really try to budget. I feel like the service was great otherwise. I would still recommend - however make sure you verify price before service. I didnt really understand the increase but my daughter explained that there was an extra charge for her thick hair and that she had a lot to detangle. My daughter has mixed race hair texture."
