"I had a bit of an odd experience here. I called the day before and managed to get an appointment. When I scheduled, I asked for a cut and partial highlight. When I got there I checked in and waited a few minutes. Then the receptionist/shampoo person went up and said something to the owner/my stylist about timing and how she didn't understand why I had been scheduled the way I was. I almost left but decided to stick it through. The stylist was friendly but a bit overly familiar and told me alot of less than comfortable stories. I asked for highlights and they used a toner on top which is something I've literally never had any other stylist do. My hair turned out much more orange than I like and I'm hopeful it will wear out quickly. The cut was also just bad. There is no layering or face framing like I asked for which seems pretty basic. Overall it's fine but I definitely didn't leave feeling my best or most attractive and the staff were just not professional. I'll be returning to my regular stylist at a different salon in the future."

"I’ve been to different hair salons all throughout different states where I’ve lived and this is the best one I’ve ever been too . Every single time I go in I have an outstanding experience. Everyone is friendly and super kind and my hair looks amazing every time . I give an idea to my hair stylist (Karen) and let her do the rest and I’ve been in love with it every time . I spent 500 at a place in Florida that took 5 hours just to get baby highlights in with medium brown hair and the lady didn’t want me to talk and she never did ! Here Karen talks to me which I love because it’s not awkward Silence, I think in total every times it’s only been about 2 hours with everything and never more than 250 . They have great prices and it actually turns out amazing ! It deserves more than 250 with customer service alone . I will be greatly sad when I move and have to change hair salons ."

She listened carefully and suggested a cut/style and tweaks to my color that turned out AMAZING. She is also super sweet and easy to talk to. I am thrilled with my hair, and will keep using Tierney from now on! So glad I found her."
