"Very disappointed with the hair style I received. It was my first time spending money (~$50) to get my hair styled professionally (for my best friend's wedding) and I was really excited to get my hair curled. I booked the style with rollers and when I got there I made sure to ask if it worked on my hair type (fine, straight hair) and I was told it would. It ended up being half curled, half straight with tons of mousse in it, so it stuck up in all different ways. The amount of mousse was so much that it was visible and not easily removable with a towel. I tried saving it when I got home, but after some attempts gave up and had to completely wash it out and start from scratch. When I went back the next day to complain and showed a picture, I was told it was because of my hair type...and no refund or anything was provided."

"Does this look like a balayage to you ? Me, neither. I went to Bubbles on Twin Rivers Road for a balayage, paid $324 for this service and was not satisfied with the results. I made a second appointment for an additional glazing treatment to fix the undertones and the result is plain black hair. Yes, there are tones of chocolate underneath because my hair was bleached. She was aiming for a chocolate finish which resulted in this. I don’t believe this is worth $324.00 I could have dyed it the same for less $ I have been visiting Bubbles since I moved for the location convenience factor."

"I don’t usually leave the reviews but I had to mention about the hair dresser’s qualification. Yesterday I went to your hair salon, I sometimes had had a haircut there. Whenever I have a haircut, I always request the same thing; same style but an inch shorter, side for 1.5. Experienced hairdressers understand my request without a problem and inexperienced hairdressers ask me to show them photos. So I trusted the hairdresser’s ability when she didn’t ask me back about my request. I asked for my sides for 1.5 but she gave me 2 at first and cut my longer side hair shorter than my bang!!!!!!!! What kind of hairstyle is that? I am not a military. She insisted that my hair was like that before and I have so many proofs that’s not true. Additional problem is also that when I pointed out the stupid two separate number 3 looking blocks on my sides then she confessed me that she gave me 2 for sides unlike my request. The only time when she asked my opinion was right before she cuts my bangs which was horribly performed. This week is a holiday week and I really didn’t want to give a fuss about it but she made me upset at the end by saying “you should have brought pictures. Next time you need to show us pictures.” If you didn’t know what you were doing, you gotta stop. She didn’t even intend to make my hair even."
