"My wife just had to wait forty minutes for anyone to even acknowledge her. She has frequented this place for three years and I have advised her to never return. After three appointments that the staff of this location have had no record, it is time to give our business to a real salon. The icing to this experience was the condescending jerk employee with very little regard for customer service. This may be indicative of the deteriorating store environment caused by a lack of proper management."
