"I’m not really a shopper, I buy good quality products and they last me years. I recently celebrated a birthday and hadn’t bought a pair of shoes for work in a few years. The employees at the DSW in Gambrills, Maryland were very helpful, one in particular went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I actually went back for another pair of shoes a few days later. Thank you staff at Designer Shoe Warehouse!"
"I don’t get some of these 1-star reviews. If a shoe or a size is out of stock, it’s not the store’s fault. There have been supply chain issues for a while now. Second, please don’t complain about the in-store pickup/shipping process. Many retail stores are short staffed and shipping has been delayed. It’s a systemic issue; not an individual store issue. But back to the review. I have had good experiences when shopping here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. They definitely listen to your questions and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I have gotten several pairs of shoes and have always been satisfied with the customer service. I definitely visit to either purchase shoes and/or donate (I love how DSW promotes shoe donation). Would recommend this store!!!"
