She told my size 16 sister that they had no dresses that would fit over her hips and she was too big. She told her to go try a plus size shop. Put my sister to tears. Francis needs to be fired and should never consult someone on what is supposed to be a special time in their life."

"Incredible experience! I was having trouble finding my dress because I didn’t like the material at David’s Bridal, and I was too afraid to shop online. Bridals by Elena let me try on many dresses with my coveted square neckline and when I did not completely like the dress I wanted, they handmade sleeves for me to fit my dream. The dress was bought in a larger size to fit my bottom and the top was altered to fit me perfectly. After the dress arrived I went to the bridal shop to do alterations three times and then picked up my dress 2 weeks before the wedding. Everyone complimented my amazing dress, and I was able to bustle it after the ceremony to walk easily during the reception. Add the bustle it is so worth it! If you don’t want to get a dress from a department-style store but don’t want to shop online, this boutique is the best place to go!"

"Absolutely loved by experience here! The assistants were so helpful and so kind working with my picky style and budget! They were the best hype girls! Working with them for appts for fittings and pick up was also very easy. They were flexible with times (I was coming from DC so traffic was a constant issue). My dress was absolutely perfect for the wedding and I loved every minute in it! It fit beautifully and worked so well on the dance floor!"

"I had such a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing two gowns for my wedding! I started shopping about 7 months before our original wedding date, which was going to be a quick turn around time. However, we had to delay our wedding a year + (like many) due to COVID. Unfortunately, in that time, I gained quite a bit of weight for what was a very form fitting dress. Elena was so understanding and empathetic with my situation and helped me get alterations done quickly. She also helped me pick out a second dress that we altered significantly so that I could have a different look and a more comfortable dress due to my weight gain. Every visit was great as well. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I always knew what to expect and I never had any doubts! Also, at one of my final fittings my mom picked out a dress as well.
