"Horrible service with the addition of spilling of sodas on our table and us. The management really didn’t seem to care on whether there was anything they could do to help with the situation. The queso dip was absolutely tasteless and our order was wrong when we received it. Chuy’s is clearly a chain that is not really of Tex-Mex tradition. Take it from a Southwesterner, this place is not legit. The server, management, and chain ownership don’t care about their customers nor the quality of food they serve."

"Be dry good food as always, server was a little slow, did have to ask other servers around us for refills or napkins which one lady did get bothered and went to grab our server instead. Aside from that very clean and everyone else did seem very friendly and nice. Arrived it was a pretty slow evening , Host seemed miserable as she didn’t want to be there poor girl looked tired. Ordered the steak burrito with boom boom sauce (chefs kiss) could never go wrong with this master piece."

"We got fajitas for two for $40 bucks, coffee and tres leches cake. They give you free chips and salsa. For drinks, I had skinny and it was not cold or strong. The food was tasty but missing salt and not hot. It would have been tastier if it was hotter. The service was good and attentive. I would recommend the place for your backup but not for your first choice. The goal bill was 80 bucks for two people. Plenty of parking available and easy to find places."

"This might be *the oddest* place I’ve ever been in, restaurant or not. The Elvis shrine at the door nearly had me collapse it caught me so off guard. The decor in Chuy’s is so original. The food was pretty standard, not bad but also not exceptional. Sorry to circle back, but I really just cannot get over the Elvis theme going on here. Every bone in my body wanted me to order “The Elvis Presley Memorial Combo” based on the name alone. Would I go back? Possibly, but mostly just because it felt like a fever dream. Truly, nobody is doing it like Chuy’s."
