"I ordered from door dash and when I received my order I did not get the combo that I ordered. When I called the restaurant the person very rudely told me the omitted the combo on purpose because Door Dash did not pay them enough for me to get what I ordered. Then I was cut off and was told to call door dash?? Door dash refunded me. Food was meh.. not the worst but def not something I would want to eat again."

"I didn't hate it but flavors were missing. I think it's become to americanized. If I buy certain foods I expect authentic taste. Not something I can throw together at home. Also everyone don't enjoy brown rice. The sauce is also watered down."

"First timers: there is no where to sit down and await your order as they do most orders to be fresh to order. There are no chairs or anything while you wait and the wait can be a long time cause i had to wait for my order 20 minutes +. I remember this place having an amazing fajita platter. This one time left me to not come back anymore for the fajita platter. I think maybe ownership changed because the presentation to start with for the box food I received it was unappealing and just everything tossed together, the taste of the chicken was dry and not moist at all, the steak was hard at some points, and omg the shrimp still had their tails on them. The consistency of the flavor was very greasy and more oil usage than I would preferred. I know they make the food when the person takes the order. Your keeping your customers awaiting their orders for awhile and no chairs or anything to let customers sit down in or on. Given the atmosphere and area I can understand why for some customers may not know of having to wait awhile and having no where to sit may stop a customer returning as for one of the customers who said that actually who was in front of me. My price was $15.99 but the total came to $20+ I was so tired and did not feel like arguing so I took it. There was no bread of any sort with my order which I thought bread came with my order last time I ordered. Again, I did not feel like arguing or asking due to how tired I was already."

"This place is amazing!! I can appreciated the fact it's Hala The customer service was so nice. The place is so clean. They took my order quickly and cooked my food in a nice amount of time. The wait wasn't so long. But most importantly the food was piping hot and fresh. I will say the shrimp had a little too much fajita seasoning on it. And I wish my wings were cooked a little more well done. Other than that the food and experience was great"
