"Every time we go to this location they have some excuse as to why we can't order anything. One night, at 9pm (2 hours before close) the worker told us they were already closed. When we were driving away, we saw her inside doing TikTok dances. Just last night, we went to order milkshakes, but were told that, at 8pm, "since it's already 8, the ice cream machines are closed for the night." Rude/careless employees, rarely ever served. We just want to order some food for once!"

"One thing I can usually rely on sonic for is good quality mozzarella sticks. This was not the case here. These tasted like they went in directly after an order of 40 funnel cakes was fulfilled. Tasted more like carnival food than sonic mozzarella sticks. If you ever read through my reviews you will know I am an avid sonic supporter. I have frequented several sonic drive ins. Even a sonic “drive in” in a mall, that clearly you were unable to drive in to. I have never had such a disappointment as the cheese sticks here. The burgers were alright."

"Pulled into a stall, placed order, told to pull into drive thru. Jordan was super polite. Order was accurate & food was hot. They need more staff tho!"

"I worked there for about three months… worst three months I’ve ever experienced in my life. First things first the reason y’all’s food isn’t out to yall in a timely manner is because the staff. Most times we were under staffed but when we weren’t, some staff would choose certain staff to bully. They constantly triggered my anxiety and depression due to them TRYING to bully me. I was pregnant and still had to fill the ice cream/milkshake machines(the cream boxes weigh around 25-30 lbs) and I was a high risk pregnancy. Will the store manager is very ignorant and I’ve heard he does drugs from other staff… the whole reason behind y’all’s orders not coming out in a timely manner was because they wouldn’t share responsibility to taking the orders out when we were busy. I remember it was one time I had to swipe my badge for all the orders that were takin out before I got there and then I had to owe them $20+ because someone didn’t get the persons money for their order and it had caused a lot of stress on my baby. These people are terrible and that’s why you barely get your food in a timely manner. Oh and me and another crew had to open up the store one morning for them yet me and that crew person was scolded for it. They also play with your time and pay. Be careful if you wanna work for Will he’s not a good guy. And if you think he’s on your side, well he’s not."
